About the Founder
Angela Brown
Angela Brown spent more than twenty years at the CIA leading global operational support and executive coordination in complex, mission-critical environments. Her work required aligning diverse teams and functions, navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and translating leadership priorities into coordinated execution.
Today, through Convergent Operations, Angela brings that same systems-level perspective to founder-led and mission-driven organizations preparing for growth, change, or increasing complexity. She works alongside leaders to understand how the organization operates, identify what is missing, and build practical structure that supports the team and the mission over time.
Angela holds an active TS/SCI clearance and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in 2023.
